Any flash experts here?
I have a series of buttons that when clicked, each play an mp3. What I'm trying to do is create a fade out button, so if you need to end one mp3 to go to the next one before the whole clip is over, the sound quickly fades out and stops the file from playing. This way, you can click a different button and listen to the next file at normal volume.
Right now, I'm using the stopAllSounds(); command with a stop button, but that's obviously abrupt. Is there a simple set of instructions I can use with on (release); { that will fade the audio until the volume is zero, stop the file, then bring the audio back up so the next button click can be heard?
I have searched for fade out instructions, but they always seem to be for background music (loop) or just don't work. Thanks in advance. BTW using flash 2004....
