Anyone have a photo of the inside lock mechanism for a Firestar.
Just need to see how the linkage hooks up that sucks down and locks the titlestrip holder glass.Its wierd but the manual I have doesnt show it and all of the pictures I have found on the internet didnt show it either....Thankyou in advance....Dave

You too huh.Well I have all the lock mechs but I may be missing a flat arm.I was able to freeze a video on u-tube and it looks to me that off the lock comes a short arm straight up then there is another really long arm going forward but I cant see what it attatches to.I'm stating to figure it out though. I may be missing that long arm I need to check my can of misc parts I pulled out of the bottom of the juke when I was cleaning it.

Ive got some work to do in the game room this week, probably will start monday evening.

Guess what I found the two flat arms in the juke, there was one hidden on each side tucked allong the edge in the corner. With the two arms I was able to figure out how it goes....Thanks anyway guys but I think I've got it now.....Dave
